Wade and Melinda Abshire, 1983
The couple was married at St. John the Baptist Church in Lyons Point April 30, 1983.
Melinda Ann Regan Abshire is the daughter of Olan Regan of Morse and the late Annie Regan.
Wade is the son of Wallace Abshire of Kaplan and the late Rachel Abshire.
Mr. Abshire is a machinist, while Mrs. Abshire is a homemaker.
The couple celebrated with a small family dinner joined by their two daughters, Laurie Breaux, 22, and Bailey Abshire, 5.
