COMMEMORATIVE PLAQUE PRESENTED: During opening ceremonies for the annual Frog Festival Friday evening, coordinator Cheryl McCarty presented Sidney Stutes, the 2008 grand parade marshal, with a plaque to mark his selection as a festival dignitary.
