A Eunice man was arraigned in 27th District Court today on charges of attempted second-degree murder.

Police allege that Travous Johnson, 29, of 110 East Ardoin shot at a man following an argument Saturday.

According to investigators, Johnson and another man argued at Beulah Gardens, off Maple Avenue in East Eunice.

They alleged that Johnson got a gun from his brother while the other man attempted to get in his vehicle and leave and fired six shots at him.

Evidently none of the shots hit the intended target.

Police did not indicate what the men were arguing about.
