JROTC Cadets represent Zachary well at summer camp

Eleven JROTC Cadets from Zachary High School completed JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge, or commonly referred to as JROTC Summer Camp, at Camp Beauregard in Pineville, La., May 29-June 2.

Activities included Rappelling, the Obstacle Course, Team Athletic Competitions, Map & Compass Land Navigation Course, Leadership Reaction Course and Drown Proof Training.

Zachary Cadets who completed the physically and mentally demanding camp were: Herrin Carelock, Shaquea Schielle, Laquea Scheille, Shanteria Paul, Corey Bergstrom, Dale Granier, Stephanie Harper, Bryan Bradford, Luke Mondello, Brandon Moak and Hunter Sibley.

"Our cadets did a super job and represented us very well," said Zachary's Major Leslie Martin.
