Me and my husband met on a blind date set up by my former employer. We were both very busy individuals and had to make the first date between jobs. We both had very little experience with being on dates so naturally we were both very scared. When the day came, he came to pick me up in a borrowed car and we headed for the restuarant. He was so nervous that he took up 3 parking spots when we stopped. We went in and had our meal as the sun was going down and we were put in a booth where the sun was glaring in the window making it so I could not see what he looked like. We talked for about 2 hours then he dropped me off and asked if we could do it again later, with the expectation of me saying no. Of course I had had a great time and we ended up getting married 4 months later. Now we are expecting our first child now only 2 years down the road.
