Both teams each recently won their Division I, 4-5A District Championship titles.
The ZHS Lady Bronco soccer team, coached by Paul Owen, head coach, and Keavin Tanner, assistant coach, made it to the first round of the state playoffs but lost to Shreveport's Caddo Magnet High School on Feb. 3.
The Bronco soccer team, coached by Scott Delholm, head coach, and Kyle Callihan, assistant coach, made it to the second round of the playoffs but lost to second-seeded St. Paul's on Feb. 8.
Each player on the ZHS boys and girls soccer teams, in addition to their coaches, were individually honored at the Zachary Community School Board meeting by receiving certificates in their names.

Student manager is Jaela Peterson, and statistician is Shelley Brown.
