Jaelyn is the first child for the Georgia couple, as well as Lane RMC's 2012 Baby New Year.
Little Jaelyn was born at Lane RMC on Monday, January 2, 2012, at 4:45 p.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 19 3/4 inches long.
Proud maternal grandmother is Linda "Gamma" Washington of Zachary.
Proud paternal grandparents are Melvin and Carol Hughes of Lithonia.
Baby Jaelyn was also born on her Gamma's 44th birthday.
