TOPS has a significant positive impact for all Louisianans. TOPS has sent nearly 500,000 students to college since program inception. Students are working harder in high school to earn a TOPS scholarship and to better prepare for college success.
The Healthcare Fund provides more money for rural healthcare, research, La Chip Program (child healthcare) and programs to reduce smoking in Louisiana.
A vote for Constitutional Amendment #1 is a smart investment benefiting all the citizens of Louisiana.
