He was born Monday, August 8, 2011, at 3:47 p.m. at Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge.
Baby Lance weighed 5 pounds, 8.2 ounces and measured 9 1/2 inches long. He was welcomed to this world by his big sister, Monica McDowell, and many other family members and friends.
