Zachary High School's Theatre II classes, taught by drama teacher Jen Masterson, will be combining their efforts for local productions of Disney's "Aladdin."

"The students began rehearsing last December," said Masterson. "We're very excited about this production."

ZHS Theatre II classes will be performing at the Zachary Early Learning Center on Wednesday Feb. 29; at Northwestern Elementary on Thursday, March 1; and at Zachary United Methodist's The Little School on Friday, March 2.

There will also be a Friday, March 2, performance at 7 p.m. at Fellowship Church, 1555 E. Mount Pleasant Dr. (Hwy. 64), and an afternoon performance at Fellowship Church at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 3.

Tickets are $5 and are on sale now at Zachary High School.

Aladdin is presented through special arrangements with all authorized performance materials supplied by Music Theatre International, New York.

Masterson and her drama students would like to thank Pastor Rick Hornsby at Fellowship Church for the use of the Fellowship facility and The Little School for letting them rehearse in their facility.
