My name is Melissa Warner, when i was 18 Dec 17th 1988,23 years ago i married this wonderful man named John Michael (Mickey) Warner who was 31, We got married in his mom and dads home in front of the fireplace. I so wanted a wedding dress but my mom wouldn't get me one so we went to Jcpenny's in Delmont village in Baton Rouge to buy me a dress.. We made a wedding hat to go with my dress it was so beautiful and i was so happy... well years went by we had two childern, and when we were married for 13 years we got a divorce, because i thought i had missed out, well needless to say that God knew what i needed so after two years of being divorced we remarried, so we remarried on Nov. 16th 2006. So now we are both happy, So when people ask me how long we been married i simply say 23yrs. lol. I look at it like this, like the old saying goes "If you loss some thing special , and it returns it was ment to be.... Oh yeah i got my wedding dress the second time around...
