BATON ROUGE – Services for broadcast journalist Carlton Cremeens will be Saturday. He died Aug. 24 at age 89.

He was news director and news anchor for WAFB Channel 9 for almost 30 years. he had previously worked as a news director in Little Rock, Ark. He was a u.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
