Brittany and Kevin Forbes, of Pride, are proud to announce the birth of their son, Brantley Wayne Forbes.

Little Brantley was born at 11:59 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2011, at Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge.

He weighed eight pounds and measured 19 1/2 inches long.

Brantley was welcomed home by his big brother, Cole.

Very proud maternal grandparents are Brenda and Terry Childress of Pride.

Very proud paternal grandparents are Bridget and Roy Forbes of Pride.
