BRBT to hold open auditions for The Nutcracker—A Tale from the Bayou & 2014-15 season

More than 300 children will be selected to fill the roles of lambs, cherubs, mice, cooks, soldiers, angels and party children. All dancers should arrive at least 15 minutes before their audition time, and girls should wear a leotard and tights. There will be a $10 audition fee.

Mabel LeBlanc Broussard, 90, was born on Aug. 10, 1924, and passed away on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2014, at her daughter’s home in Zachary, where she has resided for the past nine years.
